The 1987 Troy State football team had an incredible season! After a tough start with a one-point loss and a tie, they went on to dominate. They breezed through a tough lineup of opponents, facing five ranked teams throughout the season. Their 31-17 win over no. 3 Portland State solidified their status as NCAA Division II National Champions for the third time. This tee pays homage to that amazing team.
