UConn men's hockey made its move to Division I in 1998, 38 years after first hitting the ice in 1960. Just two years after joining the MAAC, the Huskies claimed their first conference tournament victory. To pay tribute to the Huskies in their natural, icy habitat, we drew inspiration from the Y2K era for a commemorative conference champs design.
